Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • Item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Item is not as described or doesn’t match the image shown on our website.
    (Subject to review and approval.)

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and labels intact.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or without original tags/packaging

How to Request a Return:

Email us at contact@zorlifestyle.com with (all mandatory):

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Images or videos showing the issue

We will review your request and confirm eligibility by email.

If Approved:

  • You’ll receive return instructions via email, including a return label/slip.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging with:
    • Tags, labels, and any accessories
    • Original bill/tax invoice
  • Handover the sealed package to the return/delivery partner.

Refund:

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the refund.
  • Refund will be made to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees) within 5–7 business days.
